South African phenom and the Volume Band Lead MC-cum-Poet, Tumi has let go this latest project The POWA Mixtape. The Mixtape highlights social injustices in the society with more focus on sexual violence against women, said to have been inspired by Johannesburg-native Akona Ndungane’s story.
The tape features 22 cuts from the Lyricist with guest appearances from Radiohead, Mighty Mos Def, Zubz, Tuks, ProVerb, Chen Lo, Zaki, Molemi, KG, Lebo of Voodoo Child, John Mayer and Akona Ndungane. Tracklist and download link after the jump
